AG are delighted to continue as principal sponsor of local rugby side West of Scotland.

West will be competing in Premier Two this season under coach Keith Robertson.  Abercrombie Gemmell have been associated with the club for a number of years now and have been principal sponsor for the last 3 years.  The deal gives the local firm an excellent advertising and promotional prominence, whilst also giving staff and clients active participation in the club and real enjoyment in following the sport.

Colin took some guests along to the game on Saturday 3rd December, where they had a thoroughly enjoyable (if cold!) day, despite West of Scotland losing to Ayr with a final score of 8-38. At the game Colin was presented with the new strip by the club President, John Cameron, and Vice-President, Gordon Cairns.

The deal is another example of the firm’s commitment to the local area following the selection of the Erskine Charity as their charity partner for 2011 and the Beatson Pebble Appeal for 2010.
